Hidden Path Composition
1. What is the standard or standards? How does this assignment relate to the standard?
Produce clear and coherent writing in which the development, organization, and style are appropriate to task, purpose, and audience.Read, write, and perform rhythmic and melodic notation, using standard symbols for pitch, meter, rhythm, dynamics, and tempo in duple and triple meters.This assignment relates to the standard since I created a composition with all types of rests and notes and I also arranged it in different measures so it would sound good and I would get a good grade.
2. What are the steps you took to complete and do well on this assignment?
The steps I took to complete this assignments were first, to get a partner, two recorders, and two different instruments which were claves and medium drums.Then we made a rhythm and put it into our final draft. Afterwards we practiced many times and finally we performed in front of our class and we got graded.

This assignment demonstrates that I can create and experience making a hidden path composition. I can also be responsible on when I can finish it and I also can perform well after we practiced many times.

I could have improve on this assignment by putting a different and more better melody since it sounded pretty bad and I also could have practice more on it since I couldn't come up or catch up with the rhythm and beat.

I would apply this skill into the future life and future classes because I might need to create a composition so I would use the technique I used on this assignment into future classes. I would apply it in the real world since I might have to make a composition for a concert or something I would use these skills to help me create a composition.
