- This is my Unit Project. I chose this assignment because I was doing good so far. I also finished it, and I am just revising it so it would be better. One of the challenges were when I was multiplying expressions of someone's room.

1.How does this assignment relate to the standard?
This assignment relates to the standards by having included all word expressions and expressions that involves properties to get equivalent expressions, order of operations, variables, and using math terms to identify expressions.
2.What are the steps you took to complete and do well on this assignment?
The steps I took to complete this assignment are first, I solved expressions according to someone's room. Then, I would do other expressions that combine the walls, ceiling, and floor; and also subtracting square foots out of windows and a door. Lastly, I got the totaled up the amount of paint buckets needed to fill out the room.

This assignment demonstrates that I am able to find areas of rooms or shapes/prism. Also that I know how to solve expressions involving properties to get equivalent expressions, order of operations, variables, and using math terms to identify expressions.
4.I could have improved my work on this assignment by...
I could have improve on this assignment by having to show the model of the room with labels to represent an expression and I could have put in my work of what steps I took as evidence that I actually solved it myself.
5.How will you apply the skills you learned from this assignment in either the real world when you are an adult or in other classes while you are still a student?
I would apply these skills from what I learned to my future life or classes so it would help for me to be advanced on these assignments and also in class maybe I would want to do any type of project, but if I chose a project similar to this then this assignment would have been a lot of help.
